    BL-16 通用平衡機計算機電測儀

         這是一個關于平衡機的專用電腦,可以處理平衡機的各種工況信號?梢詷硕閱蚊媾c雙面測量模式。

       電測箱的核心電路是,32位工業單片機交流直接高速全波采樣,軟件正弦波相關函數濾波具有良好的濾波及頻率跟蹤性能。由于跟蹤范圍寬電測箱僅用一擋轉速工作范圍方便了用戶。特別是采用了自動帶寬切換電路合理地解決了電測箱響應的快速性與穩定性之間的矛盾,使本電測箱具有優良的低速性能。本電箱的轉速指示80-2500RPM.

          本電測箱可以在設定轉速下自動記憶測量數據。再次開機時,電箱自動進入下次測量。 “記錄”按鍵。如果用戶需要以書面形式記錄測試結果,按下“記錄”按鍵后,電測箱將此時的測量數據記錄到SD卡(或tf卡)上,以便永久記錄或打印測試報告。

       本機采用全矢量解算,通過傳感器測量的K系數組,矢量計算出以上C影響系數組。 解算精度好壞與兩組傳感器的測量點位置有重要關系。取信號的位置對應于轉子的加重面(解算面)的測量差異度最大點。(也就是說的機械結構決定的測量信號分離度)。

      相位計算范圍 360

      由于采用全矢量運算,分離度計算在數值上沒有限制,換句話說在平衡機上左右傳感器線換插也可以做出正常的分離計算。

      標定的結果決定于標定的方式,加重標定結果顯示的是多出的量,采用去除不平衡量的方式進行工藝平衡。

      電測箱能夠測量完成后隨時變換為180度加重的工藝平衡。
